I am a Canadian photographer home based in Vancouver, BC, originally from Nova Scotia. I first picked up a camera while living overseas as a cover to be able to run around Italian piazzas unsupervised. Ultimately photography stuck, and you’ll not often find me without a camera in my hands, whether it’s digital or film. When I’m not running around with a camera, I’m either mountain biking or hiking, cooking more food than I can manage to eat in a single sitting, or hanging out with my cat Jasper.
“I’ll Shoot Anything” would be the title of my photo book if I ever got around to making one, whereas some people tend to only shoot one style, I shoot action and sports, still life, nature and landscapes, and often taking more bad photos than good ones. It has taken years to learn all the shooting and editing skills that I have, but am always up for a good challenge in something or somewhere new.
This space is a place for me to display only my best photographs, the rest end up on social media; Instagram and Twitter, and show a little more of the deep dive into everyday life in the Pacific Northwest.
Thanks for being here, feel free to contact me if you have any crazy photography ideas.
